FIN 200 Finance: Orientation to Profession & Practice

A course giving broad, introductory coverage to the discipline of finance in its three primary divisions: financial institutions, investments, and corporate finance. The course may not fulfill any requirement for the Business major, and as such, is intended only for general elective credit toward graduation. Prerequisite(s): Rising sophomore/junior standing; intent to major in a finance related discipline to prepare for a career in the field. 3 hour(s).
