FRE 101 Elementary French I

An introduction to the French language, with extensive practice in pronunciation, simple conversation, aural comprehension, fundamentals of grammar, and reading short passages. Basic sentence patterns and grammatical principles will be reinforced through a great many oral and written activities and exercises. Aspects of French culture will also be explored.
