A study of the history of U.S. foreign relations since the First World War. Attention will be given to Wilsonian ideas, Republican internationalism, FDR, American leadership in creating the post-war international order, the Cold War and containment, America’s ascendancy in the second half of the 20th century, and the US move away from the post-WWII international order.  3 hour(s).
