BIB 359 Christology


In this course the person and work of Christ are examined in far greater depth than is possible in Doctrine 1. We explore the quest for the historical Jesus (including Jesus in movies), the Old Testament, and how Christology should influence all of our thinking. Early church fathers and contemporary biblical and theological scholars who reflect on core Christological questions are read. Formerly BIB 373. Prerequisite(s): BIB 201  or BIB 298 BIB 202  or BIB 299 .  3 hour(s).
