BIB 425 Covenant Theology
This course introduces the discipline of biblical theology and a Reformed covenantal understanding of biblical theology. The focus is on a covenantal redemptive-historical hermeneutic of the Bible, recognizing patterns in God’s works of creation, redemption, and glorification. Different approaches to biblical theology and covenantal theology in the Reformed tradition will be explored and critiqued. Hermeneutical engagement and practical application will be integrated with a Reformed covenantal hermeneutic.
Prerequisite(s): BIB 201 or BIB 298 ; BIB 202 or BIB 299 . 3 hour(s).
