ECO 343 U.S. Microeconomic Development Methods


A course examining various methods to enable the poor to support themselves via their own work. Emphasis will be placed on holistic methods that are faith-based and/or church-centered. Topics include: microenterprise development, asset accumulation strategies, financial literacy programs, jobs-preparedness training, housing, program design and implementation. Prerequisite(s): ECO 201 , ECO 202 ; CDV 210 . 3 hour(s).
