EDU 410 Educational Assessment: Early Grades

A course designed to introduce the basic theory and practice of educational assessment. Topics will include a general perspective of assessment in schools and society; the development of traditional, performance, and product assessments; affective assessment; and standardized assessments. Course participants will reflect on current trends and practices in a high-stakes, standards-based environment using a biblical frame of reference. Prerequisite(s): ECEP Admissions.
