PSY 205 Psychology as a Profession


This course familiarizes students with the basic tools students need to succeed as psychology majors and which are transferable to other areas, including scientific reading and writing. Students will also explore the various applications of psychology, how psychology prepares students for success in their interpersonal and occupational pursuits, and what opportunities exist for graduate education in psychology. Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing. 1 hour(s).
