A survey of historical theatre practice in the West (with some attention given to Eastern styles); introduction to the elements of theatre production together with an examination of the various crafts comprising this collaborative art form: acting, directing, playwriting, design, and criticism; introductory discussion of Christian philosophy of dramatic art.
