ART 255 Painting on Paper

An introductory studio course designed to explore the historical development of pictorial space throughout art’s history. Students will review the technical aspects of transparent, opaque, and mixed watersoluble media while applying theories of color and representation of form. Formerly ART 223. Prerequisite(s): ART 110 or permission of instructor. Six hours studio. Course fee: $20. Fall. 3 hour(s).
